We collect the following information when you use Appraiser Engine:

• Account data: Name, email address, license number, business details
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, login timestamps
• Lead data: Contact information submitted by your website visitors
• Billing data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use It

We use your data to: (a) deliver and improve the Service; (b) send transactional emails (welcome, lead notifications, billing receipts); (c) process payments; and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party providers to deliver the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).

5. Your Rights
