Privacy Policy

AppraiserFound is a product of NuStack Digital Ventures LLC ("NuStack," "we," "our," or "us"). We operate the AppraiserFound platform at appraiserfound.com and its subdomains. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors, registered appraisers, and prospective clients who submit lead forms.

Lead form submissions. When a visitor submits an appraisal request through an appraiser's profile page, we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional), property address (optional), appraisal type, and any message text provided.

Account registration. Appraisers who create an account provide their name, email address, and professional license information. Account authentication is handled by Clerk, Inc. We do not store passwords directly.

Profile content. Appraisers voluntarily upload business information, service areas, and profile photos as part of creating their public site.

Site imagery. Hero images are sourced from Unsplash (unsplash.com) under the Unsplash License. Photographer attributions appear on each image as required.

Usage data. We automatically collect standard web analytics (page views, referrer, device type, IP address) to understand platform performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• To deliver lead notifications to the appraiser whose profile received the request
• To operate and improve the AppraiserFound platform
• To communicate with registered appraisers about their account, billing, and platform updates
• To comply with legal obligations

AppraiserFound does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Lead data submitted through an appraiser's profile page is shared only with that appraiser and stored securely in our database.

Lead form submissions are retained as long as the appraiser's account is active and for up to 90 days following account deletion. Appraisers may request deletion of their data and associated leads at any time by contacting support.

We use the following sub-processors to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database hosting (supabase.com)
• Clerk — authentication (clerk.com)
• Vercel — infrastructure hosting (vercel.com)
• Unsplash — stock photography (unsplash.com)

Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices.

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@appraiserfound.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance.
