1. Service Description
Appraiser Engine ("Service") is a SaaS platform that provides certified real estate appraisers with a professional website, lead capture tools, appointment scheduling, invoicing, and business management features. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You must be a licensed or certified real estate appraiser to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.
3. Subscription & Billing
Appraiser Engine offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit spam or unsolicited communications; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; or (e) misrepresent your credentials or licensure.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NuStack Digital Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
