Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AppraiserFound ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NuStack Digital Ventures LLC ("NuStack").

AppraiserFound provides certified real estate appraisers with a done-for-you professional website, lead capture tools, local SEO city pages, and an optional AI receptionist. The platform is available via subscription.

Three subscription tiers are available:

• Starter — $29/month. Up to 5 city pages, professional website, lead capture.
• Pro — $59/month. Unlimited city pages, AI Receptionist, lead inbox, analytics.
• Growth — $99/month. All Pro features plus invoicing, scheduling, and API access.

Prices are in USD and billed monthly. Annual billing options, when available, will be displayed at checkout. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to read-only unless a plan is selected. Trial accounts may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity post-trial.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your public appraiser site will be unpublished.

AppraiserFound provides marketing and technology tools for certified real estate appraisers. AppraiserFound does not guarantee compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) or any appraisal outcomes. Appraisers are solely responsible for ensuring their professional conduct, reports, and communications meet all applicable USPAP requirements, state licensing laws, and AMC guidelines. NuStack is a technology provider, not an appraisal management company.

• You must hold a valid appraisal license or certification in your state.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information displayed on your profile and site.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any professional regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Lead form submissions collected through your AppraiserFound site are your data. NuStack stores them on your behalf and does not share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your leads at any time.

NuStack retains all rights to the AppraiserFound platform, codebase, and design system. You retain all rights to content you upload (bio, photos, service descriptions). By uploading content, you grant NuStack a limited license to display that content as part of operating the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuStack's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. NuStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

NuStack may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are delinquent on payment. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will email registered users about material changes at least 30 days in advance.
